Welcome to heatnora (heatnora.tech). Our AI thermostat solution with schedule learning and climate zoning is designed to optimize indoor comfort and energy use.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 AI Thermostat Service

Our AI thermostat service includes installation planning, schedule learning analysis, and climate zone configuration. The service begins upon confirmation of your appointment.

1.2 Digital Products

Digital products include guides, manuals, and training materials delivered electronically upon purchase.

1.3 Physical Products

Physical products are hardware components and accessories shipped to your address.

2. Fees and Charges

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. You agree to pay the fees posted on heatnora.tech at the time of purchase.

3. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

3.1 Services

Service cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start via our contact form. If schedule learning has commenced, no refund is available. You may reschedule the service once at no extra fee within 90 days of the original date. Subsequent postponements may incur charges.

3.2 Digital Products

All digital products are provided as electronic downloads immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital delivery, no refunds are permitted once access has been granted. If a file is defective or inaccessible, please get in touch with heatnora for a replacement.

3.3 Physical Products

Unused hardware items in original packaging may be shipped back to Bundesplatz 3, 3005 Bern, Switzerland within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt of a properly packaged item, heatnora will process a funds refund to your original method of purchase within 14 days. Shipping costs to send the item back are the responsibility of the purchaser.

heatnora reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on heatnora.tech. Continued use of our site or services after updates signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
